Carpe Diem is located in the heart of Padua, in a magnificently restored noble palace directly overlooking Prato della Valle. Let yourself be fascinated by the magic of this square, whose history dates back more than 2000 years when the Romans, driven by the special energy of the place, erected the ancient theatre of Zairo. The first news of our structure dates back to 1500 when Padua was under the dominion of the Doge of the Republic of Venice; inside traces of ancient frescoes testify to the cultural vivacity of the palace over the centuries. Art historians believe it is plausible that Antonio Canal, known as Canaletto, painted his famous view of Prato della Valle (1741-1746) while staying on the top floor of the building.

EVENTS ROOM
The new location for Carpe Diem events was inaugurated on November 24th, a space on the top floor of a seventeenth-century building that directly overlooks Prato della Valle with a view that enchants those lucky enough to be able to admire it from above.
Masterfully renovated, Carpe Diem offers itself as an ideal setting for public and private events, business and leisure, capable of hosting up to 110 standing people and 70 people seated placé. The location is equipped with an audio and video system, complete with 60 seats for theater-style meetings and a relaxation lounge in the upper part, with a fireplace that makes the space even more welcoming. The inauguration saw more than one hundred guests who wanted to admire the spaces, enjoying the delights of Alessandra De Luigi's ADL catering, accompanied by the Giurolo Ca' Rusà family cellar, in a magical olfactory atmosphere thanks to the fragrance that Metei created especially for Carpe Diem.
